The Buchan Building

The newly built, LEED Gold Certified Buchan Building is an ideal venue for meetings from 10 to 250 participants. Greet and register your guests in the spacious two-story atrium. Then invite them into the Buchan Reception Hall, a 2600-square-foot, modern and naturally well-lit space that accommodates up to 160 people seated. The hall has two moveable partitions creating various combinations of available space. It also has a built-in roll down screen for presentations and film screenings.

The Executive Conference Room is surrounded by glass and overlooks the courtyard. It seats 12 people around a large conference table.

Over ten multi-purpose rooms are distributed on three floors of space. Several large classrooms have moveable partitions creating various combinations of space accommodating up to 75 people. Many of the rooms are surrounded by floor to ceiling windows, allowing natural light to permeate the space and providing spectacular views of the city.
Take a break in one of our adjacent, enclosed outdoor courtyards. Both are landscaped with native plants, one has a stone laid labyrinth and the other an original multicolored mosaic.
The Channing Room

The Channing Room, a formal parlor, is an ideal space for more intimate meetings, workshops or luncheons. It seats up to 30 guests and features original 1924 architectural details, a fireplace, piano and comfortable chairs.
